- Outdoor arena: Open at all times except when wet, snowy, and/or icy, and during thunderstorms, and/or except during lessons.

- Round pen: Same availability as the Outdoor arena.

General:

1. Every client agrees to maintain a standard of care that equals or exceeds the standard of care deemed appropriate by Kylee Short-Edwards for every horse on property while at KSH facilities. Practices that decrease quality of life for horse(s) as determined by Kylee Short-Edwards are not tolerated.

2. If Loretta has escaped or anything is out of the ordinary, broken, or otherwise inadequate please bring it to the attention of Kylee Short-Edwards or Tanner Edwards. We’ll help ya out!

3. Clean up after yourself – manure, personal items, any KSH items used, trash, etc.

4. Refrain from parking behind the Mighty Geo Tracker. ☺

5. HAVE FUN while you are at KSH facilities!

Our farm is your “horsey home.” We strive to maintain an inclusive atmosphere with open communication, transparency, safety, and connection for satisfied horses and clients.
